In our Ensanche de Vallecas asset we have 3 typologies available: studios and 1 or 2 bedroom apartments.

Yes, all of them include a full kitchen with all the basics, furniture, TV, linen and everything you need to start enjoying your stay from the first day.

You can enjoy the gym, swimming pool, coworking, gastro room, cinema room, rooftop and more. Spaces designed for your wellbeing and for sharing.

We are located in Ensanche de Vallecas at C. de José Antonio Rebolledo y Palma, 23, Vallecas, 28051 Madrid.

The EMT line 145 is a 5-minute walk away and the Valdecarros metro station on line 1 of the Madrid metro is 10 minutes away. The building also has a direct connection to the A-3 in both directions (Madrid-Valencia).

Nearby you will find green areas, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the La Gavia shopping centre. Everything you need, just a stone's throw away. Nothing is missing.

Our flats are significantly more spacious than the rest of the offer you can find, without this being detrimental to the prices. But what really sets us apart is the close and personalised attention of our team.

The minimum stay is 1 day and the maximum stay is 11 months.
