What is Truliving and how is it different from other accommodation?
Truliving is much more than just a place to spend a season: it is a way of living. Here every stay is tailored to you, no matter how long you stay. What sets us apart is that everything, from the design of the apartments to the services and delivery of our team, is designed to make you feel at home.
What types of apartments does Truliving offer?
We have 3 typologies available: studios and 1 or 2 bedroom flats.
What kind of people tend to live in Truliving?
Our spaces welcome all those looking for quality temporary accommodation. You will find students, professionals on projects, couples, small families, digital nomads and animal lovers. Different profiles, united by the same desire: to live flexibly and feel part of a community.
Are the apartments furnished and equipped?
Yes, all our apartments are equipped with a full kitchen and all the basic elements for their use, as well as all the furnishings of a hotel, including TV, linen, kitchenware, etc.
What is the minimum and maximum stay?
The minimum stay is 1 day and the maximum stay is 11 months. If your situation is different, tell us about it at info@truliving.es and we will see how we can help you.
Are there common areas such as gym, coworking or terraces?
Yes. You can enjoy the gym, swimming pool, sauna, coworking space, dining room, movie theater, game rooms, rooftop, and much more. These spaces are designed so you can combine your daily routine with moments of relaxation, connection, and enjoyment.
Are there options for both short and long stays?
Yes, at Truliving you can stay from a few days to several months. This is an aparthotel and we offer the full range of hotel stays available in the Community of Madrid. You choose the time; we make it easy.
What services are included in the monthly fee?
The price includes VAT, electricity and water supply, air conditioning, high speed internet, cleaning with linen change every 15 days and access to all common areas: gym, swimming pool, coworking, gastro room, cinema, rooftop, among others.
What documents do I need to book?
It will depend on whether your stay is less or more than 30 days. Our team will tell you what you need in each case in a clear and simple way, write to info@truliving.es
Do you offer regular cleaning or laundry service?
The cleaning of your flat is included, it is compulsory and is done every 15 days. If you prefer a higher frequency, you can easily hire it as an additional service. In addition, there is a laundry room in the building for a minimal charge and, if you choose a two-bedroom flat, you will have your own washer/dryer.
Is it possible to visit the apartment before booking?
Of course. Write to us at info@truliving.es and we will schedule your visit. We want you to see first-hand what it's like to live at Truliving.
Is everything included in the price or are there additional costs?
All services and utilities are included, within consumption limits, with the exception of parking, which has an additional cost, laundry and any space that can be reserved for exclusive use.
How does the check-in and check-out process work?
Our processes are fast and digital. If you stay less than 30 days, the process is like any other hotel. For longer stays, our team will help you to make check-in and check-out as easy as possible.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit is required for stays of more than 30 days. If you come with a pet, depending on its size, an additional deposit may be required. Write to us and we will give you all the details: info@truliving.es.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we are pet friendly. We want you to enjoy your stay with those who are important to you, including your pets. This service has a supplement.
Are different payment methods accepted (card, transfer, etc.)?
Yes, we accept most of the usual means of payment, except cash. For stays of more than 30 days, our team will inform you of all the options: info@truliving.es.
What is the cancellation policy?
For short stays, if you have not booked directly with us, it will depend on the platform where you have made the booking. For stays longer than 30 days, we need at least 15 days' notice.
Are there any discounts for long stays or early bookings?
Yes, we launch promotions throughout the year and take care of those who rely on us for the long term. But availability is a key factor.
Are there rules of coexistence in buildings?
Of course, harmonious coexistence is essential in our buildings, and we kindly ask you to comply with the rules that will be provided to you at the beginning of your stay. They are simple and designed to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What does it mean to be part of the Truliving community?
It means living in a space where you are not alone. Here, if you wish, you can be part of an open and diverse community: the Trulivers. People who share the same spirit of freedom, closeness and quality of life.
What security measures do the buildings have?
We are very jealous with the privacy of our customers, so, the access is done with a physical card or mobile device. In addition, the common areas are video-surveilled according to the General Data Protection Regulation and the Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights.
Are there any events or activities organised for Trulivers?
Of course, it is a fundamental part of our concept, as well as work-life balance services and other ideas we are working on.
Is there assistance in case of incidents or emergencies?
Yes, our team is available in the building 24 hours a day to assist you in any event as well as to coordinate any situation requiring authorities and/or assistance services.
Can I receive visitors or host relatives/partners?
There is a visitor policy that we will explain in detail on arrival but, within the limits of occupancy per room and always for a maximum period of time, you can accommodate family members or partners.
Is any insurance included for customers?
The building and our activity are covered by the insurance required by law, and there is no specific insurance for clients, nor coverage for the liabilities they may incur.
