At Truliving Vallecas we have three types of flats: studios and 1 and 2 bedroom flats, so that you can choose the space that best suits you.

Yes, all the flats are fully equipped: kitchen with basic kitchenware, furniture, TV, bed and bathroom linen and everything you need to settle in and start enjoying yourself from the first day.

You can enjoy a gym, swimming pool, coworking area, gastro room, cinema room, rooftop and more. Spaces designed for your wellbeing and for sharing.

We are in Ensanche de Vallecas, at C. de José Antonio Rebolledo y Palma, 23, 28051 Madrid.

The EMT line 145 is a 5-minute walk away and the Valdecarros metro station on line 1 of the Madrid metro is 10 minutes away. The building also has a direct connection to the A-3 in both directions (Madrid-Valencia).

Nearby you will find green areas, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the La Gavia shopping centre. Everything you need for your daily life, just a stone's throw away.

Our flats are more spacious than the majority of options in the area, without that implying a higher price. But what really makes the difference is our way of accompanying you: close, personalised attention, always tailored to your needs.

The minimum stay is 1 day and the maximum stay is 11 months.

Of course, at Truliving Vallecas we are pet friendly. Please note that there is a supplement when staying with pets.
